1028739690 Subtract body position from shape offset during tileset convert
To be able to adjust tile offset by changing position of StaticBody instead of modifying it maunally from the tres file or by calling a script.

1b0e2b0c39 Refactoring: rename tools/editor/ to editor/
The other subfolders of tools/ had already been moved to either
editor/, misc/ or thirdparty/, so the hiding the editor code that
deep was no longer meaningful.
